I’m very happy that you’re interested in joining us for this transformative event. I can’t wait to showcase our speakers knowledge, skill and lived experience to our incredible audience of neurodiverse solopreneurs. This summit is all about empowering coaches, creators, and consultants by offering simplified support and transformative business strategies that honour their unique strengths.  

Below you’ll find all the details you’ll need as a speaker with us, and make this summit a success for you and your audience if you’re in.

How it will work

Our summit will take place virtually from 10 – 13th June 2025.  

Bringing together solopreneurs who are ready to embrace marketing with difference and create businesses that work for their neurodiverse strengths. 

Event Format: 

  • Pre-recorded Presentations: Share your valuable insights through pre-recorded sessions that will be available during the summit week. OR 
  • Interview Q&A by summit host Leah Kearns: about your take on what works when it comes to marketing for neurodiverse solopreneurs. 
  • Live Q&A: Option to engage directly with attendees during live Q&A sessions to deepen the impact of your presentation and foster connections with participants. 
  • Promotion Period: We’ll begin promoting the summit from 26th May with our promotional period happening until the last day of the summit 13th June. 

We want to ensure that your session is impactful, engaging, and inspiring, so feel free to get creative in how you deliver your content! 

 

What I’ll ask of you

Here are the steps to help you prepare and contribute to the success of the summit: 

1. Speaker Registration

2. Presentation

  • Record your presentation based on the agreed topic. Please make it a minimum of 20 minutes and ensure your session is no longer than 45 minutes. 
  • You can follow our suggested outline or customise it to fit your unique style and message. 
  • Or you can record a Q&A Style Interview with me (Leah Kearns) as the host about your agreed topic. 
  • You can promote your follow-on product or service that would naturally help attendees get started or implement what’s next for them, if they were to work with you directly after watching your session. Please keep this to a 3 min total at the end of the recording. 
  • Of course you can mention your ‘Golden Ticket’ (all-access-pass) contribution outside of that promotion time!
  • Presentation submissions are due by 23rd May.

3. Golden Ticket (All-Access-Pass) Contribution

  • We encourage you to contribute an additional resource that is then free for ‘Golden Ticket’ upgrade ticket attendees. This could be what you mention in your promotion period in your recording, or might be an additional resource that will add value to the attendees who purchase the upgrade pass. 
  • This contribution needs to remain available for a minimum of 12 months after the event as the event will revert to an evergreen campaign after the conclusion of the live summit. 
  • Golden Ticket Submissions are due by 23rd May.

4. Promotion

We’ll provide you with the promotion schedule, marketing materials, and affiliate links. Share these with your network to help promote the summit! 

5. Live Participation (Optional)

  • You’re invited to participate in a live Q&A session in the exclusive Facebook group after your presentation to interact with attendees and answer their burning questions. 
  • If the time zone doesn’t work for you, please visit the Facebook group at your earliest convenience, where we’ll tag you in your questions post session to review and answer within 24hrs from your go-live time. 
  • You can join the group either as your personal profile, or your business page profile.

6. Resources in the ‘Summit Resource Collection’ for Attendees for your Session 

  • We encourage you to submit any resources that will help the attendees to make sense of, or implement actions from your presentation/ interview – such as worksheets, checklists, calculators, ebook etc.). 
  • These will be made available for the 48hrs for all attendees and will appear alongside your recording. 
  • Golden Ticket holders will continue to have access to these after the event for up to 12 months after the summit end date.

Affiliate Details

You’ll have the opportunity to promote the summit to your audience and earn commission through our affiliate program! 

Affiliate Details Include: 

  • Payout schedule and commission levels 
  • How to promote the summit using your unique affiliate link 
  • Price points for any upsells or offers

Affiliate Registration for Off-Platform Payments
In order for us to track and pay you for tickets purchased using your affiliate link, you’ll need to register as an affiliate for this summit.
You need to do this before I can issue you with your unique affiliate link for promotion.

Once we see your registration come through, we’ll email you your unique link codes for the free ticket, and for the Golden Ticket and you can get promoting!

Commission Payouts 

As you’ll see mentioned in our Speaker Registration Form, you’ll have 2 options for payouts for this event. 

  1. Create your Quick Payout Affiliate Account by creating a profile on the enlightenly platform here for payouts within 4 days of the purchase during the promotional period. 

OR

2. As part of our speaker registration process we’ll provide you with a link to register for Post Summit Affiliate Payouts. Payouts for this option will be made within 10 working days after the Summit has ended. 

 

About the Quick Payout Affiliate Process

The quick payout affiliate account creates a public facing digital shopfront on the enlightenly shared-commerce platform. You’ll need to accept the terms and conditions of the platform to create your profile. And be aware of our platform’s small service fee if you list products in your shopfront

As part of your profile setup, if you’d also like us to add your product(s) to your shopfront, or customise your profile with your brand colours and logo, please reach out to our team at hello@summitforsolopreneurs.com after your signup your profile, and they’ll coordinate this with you.

Profile based Meta ads

If you wish to use a Meta pixel for creating, directing and re-targeting ads you want to run during the promotional period to direct traffic to your unique link within your enlightenly Shopfront on our Platform, please email to arrange before 20th May.

Summit Resource Collection

As I mentioned we’ll have a Summit Resource Collection where any materials you want to share with the attendees, such as worksheets, guides, or special offers will be added.

These will be grouped depending on which day your session is being featured. This is because each day will follow it’s own theme.

Once we have the resources, you’ll be able to click to see them below and use your coupon to claim yours as part of our thank you to you for being a speaker at the summit.

We’ll be in touch by email to confirm and start your speaker on-boarding. We’ll ask you to:

  • Complete the Speaker On-boarding Form to submit your speaker bio and headshot – This will help us feature you on the summit website and in our lead up promotions. 
  • Book your go-live time for your presentation – This will be the time that your recording is released and will correspond with the day/ timing you’ll be available to answer questions in the exclusive Facebook group. 
  • Record your presentation – Remember, your session should be between 20-45 mins. Or book your Q&A style interview to be recorded with Leah.
  • Share your resourcesEmail us any additional resources for the ‘Resources Collection’ that you’d like to share with attendees.
